Barbara, known as “Barb” to most, has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Her passion for people and relationships allows her to provide the best HR experience for both the company and its employees, and continuously improve the culture and employee experience.
A Michigan native, Barb has called North Carolina “home” for 15+ years. She currently lives in Union County with her husband where she takes an active role in her local community. In her spare time, you can find her hiking, boating, spending time with her twins, gardening, listening to live music, or tending to their hobby farm.
