What happens when I call?2018-01-08T16:41:59+00:00

A pre-screen will occur with our Admissions Expert, asking questions, verifying benefits and scheduling an assessment.

What happens during the assessment process?2018-01-08T16:42:23+00:00

The assessment process may several hours to complete. Intake forms will be completed, followed by a financial consultation with our billing coordinator. You will meet with a therapist who will conduct a comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluation where your level of care will be determined, and detoxification and physical stabilization may begin, if necessary. An orientation of our policies, procedures and your treatment plan will conclude the assessment.

What is the length of the program?2018-01-08T16:45:25+00:00

The length of stay is determined by your needs, but on average:

  • Day Treatment Program: 5 days a week/20 sessions
  • Intensive Outpatient Program: 3 days a week/30 sessions
  • Recovery Coaching: 2 days a week
How much does the program cost?2018-01-08T16:45:54+00:00

We have several levels of care and pricing structures. The level of care will be determined by a clinician during the assessment process. Charges are based on services received, length of stay and insurance reimbursement (many insurance plans provide coverage, but coverage differs from plan to plan). Our financial staff is available to answer any questions you have.

Are there financial aid possibilities?2018-01-08T16:46:13+00:00

We have a need based financial assistance program that is managed by a third party verification company. Our billing coordinator can provide more information.

Are there any other costs involved?2018-01-08T16:46:34+00:00

We have an initial assessment fee that is billed on the first appointment and a small weekly program fee that is collected every Monday. The weekly fee is used to reduce the outstanding balance of coinsurance to mitigate a large bill at the end of the program.
