Corrie earned her Master’s of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University and has worked in the field of substance abuse & recovery since 2012.
As a child of an alcoholic, Corrie has seen first hand the importance of nutrition as a key component to recovery. While working with clients in recovery she focuses on stabilizing blood sugar, the importance of hydration, gut health, healthy sleep habits, body movement, natural remedies to help with anxiety, and creating positive emotional eating habits. She enjoys working with clients and simplifying nutrition for their individual needs.
