After 20 years working as a Licensed Substance Abuse & Mental Health Counselor in San Diego, California, Jefforey relocated back to his home state of North Carolina to continue this work at The Blanchard Institute.
Jefforey has worked in many capacities throughout his career, including adolescents, drug court, and community support programs, and is a certified grief and trauma therapist.
In his spare time, Jefforey enjoys photography, traveling, and spending time with his family.
