Allison Christie brings over 20 years of professional leadership and operations management experience across diverse industries, both domestically and internationally. Her career spans education, commercial diplomacy with the U.S. State Department, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives in the mining sector. Allison holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and an MBA from the Fisher Business School at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling.
Since joining Blanchard & Associates in 2016, Allison co-founded The Blanchard Institute in 2017. She leverages her extensive expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational management to further the mission and vision of The Blanchard Institute. Outside of her professional endeavors, Allison enjoys traveling, running, walking her dog (Gibbs), and watching her children perform music.
