Jeremy Burgess

Jeremy Burgess was born in Chicago, IL but was raised here in Charlotte.  After a close family member was diagnosed with substance use disease, Jeremy found that he had a passion for helping those with the same disease that one of his family members struggled with before finally finding recovery. After gaining some valuable experience in the mental health field, Jeremy joined The Blanchard Institute as a Recovery Connector looking to help those like his family and himself. Jeremy is currently working on his Associate’s Degree at Central Piedmont Community College and plans to continue his education afterwards at University.
